Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (AUD) within Australia.
- Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.90 AUD (including GST).
All applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
- Australia-wide: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bdsanimalhealth.com. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
