Step One
Contact us via our Contact Us page and let us know you'd like to take up the Money Back Guarantee. In your message, please include your full name, email address, contact phone number, your order number, and usage details.
Step Two
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 2 business days and reply with the next steps. We'll typically start by reviewing how you've been using the product - daily dose, feeding routine, and length of use - to ensure no important factor has impacted the result. We want to make sure we've done everything we can to help your dog respond to the formula.
Step Three
Your claim will then be assessed and processed by our team. Once approved, the refund is forwarded to our accounts team. Please allow up to 7 business days from approval for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Terms & Conditions
Goods purchased from BDS Animal Health are subject to a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee under the conditions set out below.
Eligible Products
The Money Back Guarantee applies exclusively to the following BDS Animal Health supplement products purchased in their standard retail size:
- Osteo Connect – Green Lipped Mussel Joint Support for Dogs
- Luminous – Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acid Supplement for Dogs
- Premium Energy Enriched Drink for Dogs
- Energy +Plus for Working Dog
Excluded Products
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to treats and chews (including Aussie Roo Chews, Pet Pizza, and any other natural treat or chew product), promotional bundles, sale or clearance items, gift cards, bulk/wholesale orders, or any product purchased outside Australia.
Where you must have purchased
The Guarantee is valid only for products shipped to an address within Australia. Proof of purchase is required in all cases - a BDS Animal Health order number.
Claim window
Money Back Guarantee claims must be submitted between 60 and 90 days of receiving the product, via our Contact Us page. While many pet parents notice changes within 6-8 weeks of consistent daily feeding, advanced or long-standing conditions may take longer to respond.
Units of the product bought
Because we ask that you give the product a genuine trial, the following limits apply to product per claim:
- Up to two (2) units of Osteo Connect, Luminous, Premium Energy Enriched Drink, or Energy +Plus must be bought
- All remaining units associated with the claim must be returned to BDS Animal Health at the customer's cost
Correct use of the product
The Guarantee will only be valid where the BDS feeding and dosage guidelines on the product label (or written advice provided directly by a BDS Animal Health representative) have been followed for the recommended trial period (minimum 6 weeks). While many pet parents notice changes within 6-8 weeks of consistent daily feeding, advanced or long-standing conditions may take longer to respond.
Refund method and amount
Refunds for direct purchases from BDS Animal Health will be processed to the original payment method. The refund amount will not exceed the original purchase price of the eligible product(s) and excludes shipping, handling, and any third-party transaction or platform fees.
One claim per household
The Money Back Guarantee is limited to one (1) claim per customer or household.
Changes
BDS Animal Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Claims will be assessed against the terms in effect at the time the claim is lodged.
