3. Commission Structure
3.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn 15% commission on the net sale value of eligible products purchased through:
- The Affiliate’s unique tracking link
-
The Affiliate’s assigned 10% discount code
For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases (self-referrals). Any such transactions will be reversed.
3.2 Net Sale Value
Commission is calculated on the net sale value, which excludes:

- Refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders
Commissions are earned only on successfully completed and paid transactions. Any commission paid on a subsequently refunded or cancelled order will be reversed from the Affiliate’s balance.
3.3 GST & Tax Obligations
Commission payments made to Affiliates are inclusive of GST where applicable. Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring affiliate income in accordance with Australian Tax Office (ATO) requirements. BDS recommends seeking independent tax advice if required.
4. Discount Code Policy
Each Affiliate receives a unique 10% discount code for their audience. The following rules apply:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from publishing their discount code on coupon aggregation, cashback, deal or voucher websites
- Codes may not be combined with other BDS promotions unless explicitly approved in writing
- Codes may not be altered, rebranded or transferred to another person
- BDS reserves the right to deactivate any code that is being abused, misused or applied in breach of these Terms
5. Commission Holding & Payment
